- The closing date for nominations is Thursday 5th April.
- Nominees must live or work in Merseyside.
- A photograph in JPEG format must be attached with your application. This can be uploaded through the website using the upload button below. Please remember to include your nominees name within the photo title.
- The online nomination form is the preferred format. But nominations will also be accepted in a word document or by post to Jean Gadsby at Merseyside Women of the Year Awards, 28 Wheatcroft Road, Liverpool, L18 9UE, but must be no more than 500 words and must have a picture and must have the permission of the person being nominated to be considered.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Judges reserve the right to re-categorise nominations if appropriate.
- For business categories evidence is required of majority female ownership and forward financial stability.
- Previous award category winners cannot be nominated.
- The event beneficiaries will be a minimum of 2 bursaries for LJMU Students.
- Finalists must be available to attend the lunch. Each finalist will receive complimentary ticket. Guest tickets are available at a preferential rate.
- The organisers reserve the right to retain entries, videos and photographs for subsequent publication or exhibition in relation to Merseyside Women of the Year Awards and its publications.
- Please confirm that the person you are nominating is agreeable and can attend the event on 29th June.
