Mentors have an opportunity to meet other mentors and network. Any difficulties, challenges and best practice can be discussed. Sometime is given to additional techniques. We will be certificating attendance at this focus group to record you have attended an induction and invested time in developing your mentoring practice outside of the actual mentoring relationship. The key beneficiaries are all mentors, this is NOT open to mentees.
