Helen and her staff, as always are ready to spoil us, with the wonderful atmosphere and delicious food that we have come to know and love at Sheldrake's.

Gemma from Bodywize will be holding a session to help keep us moving whilst sitting at our desks without leggings, headband or lycra in sight !   We can't guarantee the weather but we CAN guarantee excellent food, brilliant atmosphere and an enjoyable but very productive evening.
